Casa « 21 » is only 300 meters from Las Ballenas beach and offers spectacular views the Bay of Coson, the nearby hills and the future Golf course with its lakes.
This contemporary villa is designed to accommodate from 2 to 15 persons, each one enjoying full privacy.
It is ideal for small groups of friends or families with kids of all ages.

Top Floor
- One independent air conditioned Master, 80 mt², comprising a king size bed, a living room-office with all necessary connections with satellite TV, a spacious dressing room next to the open plan bathroom (shower and WC), a private terrace with 2 double sun loungers and a Jacuzzi offering a breathtaking view of the sunset over Coson Bay. The divan bed in the living room can be converted into a single bed.
- One air conditioned guest suite, 40mt², fitted with a King size bed, a living room with satellite TV, a bathroom with shower and WC. The bright bedroom offers an incredible view of the valley, the surrounding hills and the sea.

Middle Floor
- The huge living room offers a 240° panoramic view from the bay windows. This floor has a fabulous simplistic designer dining room for formal dinners, with a central American-style kitchen isle, state of the art equipment, surrounded by a breakfast bar, for maximum enjoyment while preparing meals for family or friends !
- The area then leads onto the “the mauve room" where you can relax after meals and enjoy the magnificent contrast with the surrounding green hills.
- A kids room with 3 single beds, a bathroom with shower and WC
- An air conditioned guest room with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and WC, leading onto the main veranda and the pool.
- Spacious veranda, semi shaded, with dining room, professional grill, infinity pool overlooking the coconut groves and the sea, two comfortable living rooms covered at each end by the pool, ideal for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif. A multicolored lighting system adds atmosphere to the evenings.

Ground Floor
- A TV Den with HD flat screen plasma TV complete with 5.1 home cinema system, a multimedia system for DVDs. This room can also serve as a bedroom with 3 sofas converting into 3 single beds. Separate bathroom and WC on this floor.
- An airy 30 mt² Junior suite with one King size bed, open plan bathroom with shower, separate WC, divan bed to sleep 1 person and a private veranda.
